Last updated: 15 June 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how BROTHER BUSINESS LIMITED ("heybro", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information. BROTHER BUSINESS LIMITED is the controller of the information described in this policy unless a specific app states otherwise.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- the heybro.io website, contact forms, and email communications; and
- mobile apps, web apps, and related services that we publish or operate and that link to this policy.
If a specific app has its own privacy notice, that app-specific notice will control for that app.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact information: name, email address, company name, topic, and message content when you contact us.
- Support information: app name, device details, screenshots, logs, purchase references, or other details you choose to send for support.
- Account or app information: profile details, preferences, saved settings, or content you enter in an app where those features exist.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app data: device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate region, and technical diagnostics.
- Usage data: screens viewed, features used, session events, crash reports, performance information, and interaction events.
- Identifiers: app instance identifiers, installation identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar technical identifiers.
- Network data: IP address, user agent, and general connection information.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, and improve our website, apps, and services;
- respond to enquiries, support requests, privacy requests, and business communications;
- measure app performance, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve user experience;
- operate in-app advertising, subscriptions, in-app purchases, and entitlement features;
- understand campaign performance, attribution, retention, and product health;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, app-store, and platform requirements; and
- protect our rights, users, products, and systems.
5. Advertising and analytics
Some apps we publish or operate may be supported by in-app advertising (IAA). Advertising partners and mediation providers may process device information, advertising identifiers, app usage events, approximate location, and ad interaction data to serve ads, prevent fraud, limit repetition, and measure performance.
We may use advertising, mediation, analytics, attribution, and diagnostics services such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Firebase, Adjust, Amplitude, RevenueCat, and similar providers where appropriate for a specific product. The exact services used may vary by app and platform.
You can limit ad tracking through your device settings. On iOS, use App Tracking Transparency and your Privacy & Security settings. On Android, use your Google advertising settings to delete, reset, or limit your advertising ID where supported.
6. In-app purchases
Some apps may offer in-app purchases (IAP), subscriptions, trials, paid digital features, or ad-free upgrades. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the relevant platform store. We do not receive or store your full card number, bank account, or store account password.
We may receive purchase status, product identifier, subscription status, renewal information, anonymous transaction identifiers, and related entitlement data so we can provide paid features and support purchase issues.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with:
- service providers that support hosting, analytics, diagnostics, email, customer support, security, and product operations;
- advertising, mediation, analytics, attribution, and app-store providers as described above;
- professional advisers, auditors, payment platforms, app stores, regulators, or authorities where required; and
- successors or relevant parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
8. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including support, product operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, and dispute handling. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or opt out of certain advertising-related processing. To make a request, email privacy@heybro.io.
10. Children
Our website and general company services are not directed to children under 13. If a specific app is intended for a different audience or age group, its store listing and app-specific notices will provide relevant information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
