1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and BROTHER BUSINESS LIMITED. By visiting heybro.io, using an app or service that links to these Terms, or contacting us through the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. About us

BROTHER BUSINESS LIMITED operates heybro.io from Hong Kong. We build and operate mobile apps, web products, advertising monetization systems, in-app purchase systems, and related digital services. References to "heybro", "we", "us", or "our" mean BROTHER BUSINESS LIMITED.

3. Services

The services may include the heybro.io website, mobile apps, web apps, support channels, product pages, advertising features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, analytics, and related content. Some apps or products may have additional terms or app-specific rules. If app-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the app-specific terms apply to that app.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the services unlawfully or in a way that violates third-party rights;
• copy, modify, sell, rent, or distribute any part of the services except as permitted by law or by us in writing;
• reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, or attempt to extract source code except where law permits;
• interfere with security, billing, advertising, access controls, servers, networks, or other users;
• upload malware, spam, abusive content, or content that infringes another party's rights; or
• use cheats, exploits, unauthorized automation, or fraudulent behavior in any app or service.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or if required by law, app-store rules, platform rules, or security needs.

5. Intellectual property

The services, website, apps, software, designs, user interfaces, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by BROTHER BUSINESS LIMITED or our licensors. You receive only a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the services as provided. No rights are transferred to you except those expressly stated in these Terms.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Some apps may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, trials, paid digital features, or ad-free upgrades. Prices, renewal periods, included features, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase in the relevant app store or payment flow.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform store are processed by that store. You are also bound by that store's terms. We do not control store billing, refunds, chargebacks, or payment methods. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account used to purchase them.

7. Advertising

Some apps may include in-app advertising, including rewarded, native, banner, interstitial, or similar ad formats. Ads may be provided by third-party networks or mediation partners. Advertisers are responsible for their own products, offers, websites, and content. We do not endorse every advertised product or service.

8. Third-party services

The services may link to or integrate third-party tools, SDKs, platforms, app stores, payment providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, and hosting providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or practices.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BROTHER BUSINESS LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts in Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, except where mandatory consumer laws give you rights in another jurisdiction.
